  • Shipping – We currently use a 3rd party to ship our goods and can arrange a quote for you with UPS or Fedex
  • Lead Times – Lead times depend on the type and quantity of the products you order.  We will be able to give a clear indication of the lead time at the beginning of your enquiry process.  We do carry stock of some items, particularly blankets and cards.
  • Minimum order quantities – We are happy to work with you on ordering a mix of products that will ensure you minimise your shipping costs.  We do have some MOQ’s on bags, blankets and cards based on economic shipping.
